Governance, privacy and corrections

This page states the current governance boundary of the research Wiki. An omission is labelled unknown or not published; it must not be read as evidence that no interest, funding, review or risk exists.

Project declarations

Item Current public position
Editorial responsibility The project owner controls the canonical repository and production release. A named public contact route is not currently published.
Contributor roles AI-assisted discovery, extraction, drafting and checking are disclosed in the review method. A formal contributor-role statement has not yet been published.
Funding No funding declaration is currently published; this is not a declaration of no funding.
Competing interests No competing-interest declaration is currently published; this is not a declaration of no competing interests.
Institutional approval No institutional endorsement, research-ethics approval or MOD publication clearance is claimed by the Wiki. Output-specific gates remain visible in the publication dossiers.
Clinical authority The Wiki is a research and assurance-planning resource, not clinical advice, a safety case, a programme baseline or an authorised risk decision.

JBI evidence-synthesis guidance, SRC-030 is part of the registered methods context for transparent reporting. The present declarations expose what is and is not recorded; they do not claim full JBI conduct.

Public-record and redaction policy

The evidence base uses publicly published Judiciary PFD reports and official response attachments. It preserves names and report identifiers needed for source-level audit, but must:

  • retain public redactions and never attempt to reconstruct redacted content;
  • avoid adding private medical, service or personal information from non-public material;
  • link to the official source rather than republishing complete source documents;
  • distinguish public report content from sponsor-supplied context and project analysis; and
  • remove or correct content if an official source is withdrawn, corrected or found to contain material that should not be reproduced here.

The supplied reference document is retained as secondary discovery material and is not published as source evidence.

Corrections and disputes

Report a suspected error through the project owner or the established repository/project channel. A dedicated public corrections mailbox is not currently published.

Corrections follow the living update and release policy:

  • source, inclusion, coding, claim or downstream-status changes are evidence or analytical revisions and require a research-log entry;
  • typographical or routing fixes that do not alter meaning are editorial corrections;
  • conflicting official accounts are preserved in the counter-position register, not silently resolved; and
  • prior states remain recoverable through Git history.

Ask-the-Wiki privacy boundary

Ask the Wiki sends the reader's question, a per-question access password and up to six excerpts from the public Wiki search index to the Cloudflare Pages Function and Workers AI. The repository code:

  • clears the password after every request;
  • creates no login session, cookie, browser-storage entry or answer history;
  • instructs the model not to provide patient-specific clinical advice and warns readers not to enter patient-identifiable, operationally sensitive or security-classified information; and
  • returns no-store responses.

The site code does not establish that Cloudflare account or infrastructure logs are absent. Do not use the tool for confidential or personal data. See the Ask-the-Wiki disclosure and maintenance protocol for the implemented controls and limitations.
