Repository graph

This technical graph visualises files, headings, configuration and code relationships extracted from the repository by Graphify and enriched with the Wiki's document links, source-reference wiring, navigation and filesystem structure. It is useful for maintainers, but it is not a graph of PFD evidence and does not belong to the evidence authority chain.

The two renderers are generated together from one complete enriched graph.json. The 2D view provides dense filtering and inspection; the 3D view provides a spatial force-directed projection of the same nodes, relationships and named communities. Dimensional position, node size and colour are navigational encodings only.

Readers exploring reports and hazard mechanisms should use the case–mechanism map instead.

Refresh repository extraction with npm run kb:update. npm run check:graph verifies the shared dataset, renderer assets, relationship layers and current generation summary. Generated graph output is excluded from evidence authority and version control.
