Corpus profile

This page describes the 112 included reports using controlled fields from the canonical dataset. It separates temporal coverage, workflow, care pathway, evidence status and response coverage from the full report catalogue. Counts describe recurrence within this targeted series; they are not incidence, prevalence, trend or causal estimates.

The profile and drill-down routes adopt selected evidence-mapping navigation practices described in Campbell guidance, SRC-286. They do not make this a systematic evidence-and-gap map.

Temporal coverage

Report dates span 2018-01-12 to 2026-04-30. Uneven annual counts reflect the search design, publication and migration behaviour as well as the included records; they must not be interpreted as a digital-PFD trend.

Primary, secondary and cross-setting view

The structured recoding separates the origin of the safety-relevant information or work item, the service expected to act, the care context at each end, the number of care settings involved, any sector boundary, and the failure point. Primary care is one of the information origins in 21 of 112 reports, secondary care in 43, and 67 involve multiple care settings. Origin-context counts are non-exclusive.
