2. Search protocol — target period, concepts, screening process and limitations.
3. Selection and coverage flow — generated retained-candidate accounting, exclusions and the 2018 disposition gap.
4. 2018 search audit — bounded archive enumeration, extraction, query families and later-migration limits.
5. Supplied reference-document audit — reconciliation of the attached document against the canonical corpus and primary sources.
6. Current review counts — included/excluded and non-exclusive mechanism totals.
7. Living update and release policy — update triggers, release classes and correction handling.

The current work is a targeted evidence map and thematic case synthesis. None of these routes converts it into an exhaustive systematic review or prevalence study.
