This generated view makes the registered recipient-response layer browsable without merging it into coronial findings or implementation evidence. It is derived from the canonical included-case dataset and source register; it adds no independent evidence authority.
Response evidence boundary
Registered response ≠ coronial finding ≠ implementation evidence. An official response records a recipient's account, position, proposal or reported action. Its existence does not show that the response was adequate, that an action was implemented, or that a control was effective.

A future recipient/action register should preserve report, recipient, issue and response dates; concern coverage; bounded respondent position; promised action, owner and target date; claimed completion; and a separate independently sourced implementation check. Until then, do not infer complete recipient coverage or remediation state from letter presence.
