Proposed contribution

Learning from patient harm to design safer military electronic health records is framed as a 12-minute oral presentation for the 46th ICMM World Congress of Military Medicine. The evidence source is the current PFD corpus—complete enumeration/extraction of the 2018 publication cohort with a retained candidate subset, combined with targeted 2019–2026 discovery and a limited later-migration check; the international subject is how investigated digital information failures may inform testable military EHR requirements.
